Welcome aboard Fundy Rose, the new ferry replacing Princess of Acadia. With daily crossings between Digby, Nova Scotia and Saint John, New Brunswick, Fundy Rose transports all types of vehicles including cars, RVs, trucks, tour buses, and motorcycles, as well as walk-on passengers and four-legged friends—plus travel times are now reduced by an additional 45 minutes per crossing. She also offers an improved journey, all daytime sailings, and a host of new and improved amenities.
Take advantage of Fundy Rose’s outdoor seating and viewing area to feel the wind in your face and search the Bay of Fundy for sightings of whales and other sea life. Enjoy better onboard accessibility with two elevators, an escalator, and ramps throughout. And during your cruise, pop by the Mid Ship Café for a Starbucks coffee and lighter fare, grab a drink at the Crow’s Nest, or visit the Acadia Eatery, featuring a full daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu.

Many guests take the half hour drive from our Bed & Breakfast to absorb the breathtaking Sandy Cove beach. With a uniquely stretched beach front and an unbeatable scenic view, enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in Nova Scotia.
Just 8.9 km's from Come From Away Bed and Breakfast, The current Point Prim Lighthouse is the fourth in a line of lighthouses built at Point Prim since 1804. The lighthouse is a spectacular sight to see but most guests enjoy the beautiful view that overlooks the bay of fundy.
Considered one of the natural wonders of Nova Scotia, "Nature's Time Post" is a vertical column of basalt, balanced on its very tip. Enjoy a long 2.5 km trail and 235-step staircase leading up to this narrow wonder and a beautiful view of St. Mary's Bay.
Petit Passage Whale Watching - The “Passage Provider 04” is a fiberglass Cape Island style boat. Launched in the spring of 2004, this blue and white vessel is 45ft long and 17ft wide. A permanent roof that covers half of the deck allows passengers to get out of the sun and wind. There is comfortable padded seating for 45 people and a washroom on board for your convenience.
Ocean Explorations - Ocean Explorations Whale Cruises is run by Marine Explorations and Research Ltd. Tour director, biologist Tom Goodwin, has overall training and experience in the fields of marine and wildlife biology and has undertaken graduate studies in environmental education.
